Who turned the lights out? Moody, mean, dark and atmospheric; a lo-fi rumble from Bristol musical collective Massive Attack at Manchester Apollo tonight.

I love [...]

Ian Brown delighted shoppers in Manchester when he took to the streets of the city with a forty strong marching band to film the video for his new single ‘Stellify’. The Northern Star Drum and Bugle Corp. joined the former Stone Roses front man for a day’s filming on location [...]
I didn’t submit this image to the magazine but looking back on it, I like the shape of the shadows cast across Liam Gallagher’s face and the look he casts out to the crowd – somewhere between a thousand yard stare and sheer determination.
This was an outtake but looking back on it – I kinda like the silhoette cast by Liam Gallagher against the backdrop of the onstage video screen.
Another still taken from the recent sell out Oasis show. Seen here, Leicester’s finest Kasabian take to the stage with frontman Tom Meighan lapping up the vibe of the afternoon in Manchester’s Heaton Park
It’s been a while since I last made an entry – lots of new stuff to add, but with so much work stacking up, I rarely seem to have had the time to sit at the computer over the last few weeks to update my blog…tsk tsk tsk!
So with brew in hand, I thought I’d [...]
